Digestive Ailments

Loose Motion : Eat buttermilk rice or curd rice.
Diarrhoea: Eat Pomegranates
Dysentery: Grind pomegranate rind. Mix it in buttermilk and drink.
Hard Stools: Drink a tablespoon of cold pressed castor oil before bedtime.
Constipation (Mild): Eat soaked raisins.
Constipation (Severe): Drink a glass of milk with a teaspoon of isabgol powder, mixed in it.
Piles: Eat soaked figs..
Piles (Bleeding): Eat papaya fruit
Irritable bowels: Drink two tablespoonfuls of white pumpkin juice.
Worms: Grind tender neem leaves with little tumeric and eat half teaspoon in the mornings for 3 days
Tape Worms: Drink one cup milk with one teaspoon betel nut powder.
Thread worms: Drink one tablespoon lime juice mixed with one teaspoon betel nut powder.
Round worms: Drink two tablespoons of unripe papaya juice with half teaspoon honey.
Vomitting: Drink two teaspoons of fresh lime juice mixed in warm water, either sweetened or salted.
Loss of appetite: Eat half teaspoon cumin seeds
Excessive thirst: Eat two cardamoms with honey twice daily.
Flatulence: Eat a small pinch of asafoetida
Indigestion: Eat a teaspoon anise seed.

Respiratory Ailments

Cold: Drink half cup hot water with one teaspoon ginger juice and two spoon honey
Throat irritation: Eat fresh pine apple with black pepper and salt
Sore throat: Gargle warm water with one pinch turmeric powder and two pinch salt. .
Bronchitis: Take a mixture of 15 drops of garlic juice and 15 drops of ginger juice with honey daily.
Cough: Drink liquorice water sweetened with honey twice daily.
Asthma: Drink one tablespoon onion juice with one teaspoon honey with a pinch of black pepper powder, daily
