Perfect Digestion: According to Ayurveda and  Naturopathy, internal insanitation is the cause of all diseases. Perfect digestion helps maintain internal sanitation and plays a major role in the prevention of disease.  

Sound Sleep
: Next to air, water and diet, sleep is the most important need for survival. It rejuvenates not only the body but the mind as well. It is as valuable as nutrition and exercise.

Procreation Energy: The urge to procreate is natural and inbuilt in every organism. Procreation energy ensures healthy and intelligent offspring and results in outstanding mental and physical performances. Lack of energy leads and results in the formation of ulcers in the mind.

Sensory Stimulation: The brain perceives information through the sensory organs. Stimulating the sensory organs results in better mental performance and guarantees better functioning of the sensory organs even in advance age.

Healing Breathing: It is common knowledge that people find relief when they sigh (exhale audibly in a long deep breath) as it destresses the heart. Tibetan yogis have given us the divine knowledge of the different sounds and destress organs. Learning and practising this healing breathing helps in maintaining the health of the vital organs heart, liver, pancreas, kidneys and lungs.

Anger Management: An angry person suffers more than the victim of his anger. It is said that every time, a person gets angry, he gets one thousand of a heart attack. Managing anger rewards us with harmonious relationships, better health, peace of mind and freedom from addictions.

Stress Management: Stress triggers the release of blood sugar and fatty acids into the blood circulation and clogs the arteries leading to major diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart attack and stroke. Managing stress is important if we want to lead a long and healthy life.
