Dr. John H.Tobe, in his book 'How to prevent and gain remission from cancer' lists nineteen most common causes of cancer in order of importance.
1. Chemical additives in food
2. Refined and fragmented food
3. Smoking
4. A heavy protein diet
5. Excessive use of dairy products
6. All commercial oils and fats (refined), especially when heated and reheated
7. Diethylstilbesterol
8. Hormones (Contraceptive pills and medicines)
9. Hydrogenated oil as found in many foods
10. Sugar including molasses.
11. Nitrates or Nitrites added to food
12. Monosodium glutamate used in food and tobacco
13. Saccharin and other forms of artificial sweeteners
14. Biopsies and other forms of surgery
